WHY SPEEDBALL FOR
YOU/YOUR MEMBERS?

It's the unique, lightly choreographed fitness method that EVERYONE can do, from aged to athlete, and serves as an ACCOMPLISHABLE active cardio-aerobic and multi-directional, multi-vectoral/multi-planar muscular endurance system. Born of Kung Fu, general fitness, sports/athletic conditioning, and dance, nearly all apparently healthy ppl can benefit safely due to it's multi-level progressive nature, while even the strongest athlete can use the body weight training for conditioning and increase ROM to increase difficulty/benefit. The focus on redirection of center mass, proper weight transfer/distribution, and functional core stability completes the  list of functional life gains Speedball offers. The structure of repetition and intelligent design actually builds better movement quality and the neurological demands placed on the participant through eventual quick transitions and spontaneous, ever-changing patterns of familiar basic movement skills at the end of each class build a true mind body connection. Speedball incorporates the consistency of a foundational Yoga practice with the dynamic mobility, progression, consistent form flow, and movement quality of Chinese martial arts and the familiarity of sport and athletic conditioning so one can THINK.MOVE.BE.

For instructors and managers, the system is replicable. It satisfies the desires of the coach personality in a fitness pro because there is accuracy required in the cueing of gait, joint angles, and general kinesiology. The movement artist will enjoy the kinesthetic awareness and access positioning cues of a less technical nature with more feeling and tactile sense. The EnterTrainer/choreographer will create the experience with building and layering of skill and solid repetition scale, allowing for plenty of personality during performance, and the freedom of the choreography selection as complex as their students can handle. (step divas, go get'em:-) we offer online video support for instructors only. We give video submissions direct feedback for practice and professional growth. We have a comprehensive manual covering all things speedball and much information about related injury prevention and training modules for use with clients and small groups. We offer templates for signs, posters, and on site  marketing support. Our brand is legally protected, internationallyrecognized, and globally performed. Our facilities and instructors are listed in our directory and featured in our community blasts to our members. Our quality control is upheld through personal video contact and yearly retest by the creator, hands on. Your facility will benefit from having Speedball on your schedule!

"As a former Division I athlete…I found that there was no workout that really kept me in top condition…That is until, I came across Speedball!"
– Andrea Trujillo [More]

"After my first Speedball class I knew I was hooked. Sometimes in group fitness classes you feel that you just need to get through the class, but in Speedball I actually want to get through it..."
– Estée Fremont [More]

Philosophy

"Be mindful of the future." – Qui-Gon Jinn (Liam Neeson), Star Wars

Staying one step ahead is the name of the game in this class. Being emotionally present, in the moment, and at the same time anticipating the next turn allows you to have full control over your mind and body during your workout. This level of engagement will increase both the efficiency of each movement and your overall workout experience.

"Do, or do not; there is no try." – Yoda, Star Wars

In order to achieve self-mastery, one must first learn to master simple tasks. Since repetition is the mother of all skill, proper execution of techniques over and over again will ensure 2 things: (a) an improvement in your physical fitness (b) sharpening of the specific physical skills necessary to perform the class.

Through your caring thought and connection to movement, you will be: (a) as fit as you choose to be, based on your intensity level in class and the completion of choreography (b) an expert in the skill sets of the Speedball athletic movements.

In short, you will BEcome more successful in every future athletic endeavor that you pursue, as well as being the healthiest version of you that you will ever know!
