Rosara Milstein
Speedball Instructor
Rosara took Steve Feinberg's class for the first time in October, when a friend brought her as a guest to Equinox. As both a trained dancer and avid runner/triathlete, she found SPEEDBALL to be the perfect combination of her two passions, and knew that one class wasn't going to be enough. Over the last eight months, Rosara has trained under Steve to receive her SPEEDBALL certification, and has also had the opportunity to learn from him while working as his assistant for Kidz Boxing at PS 6 and Tween Cycle at the JCC. Rosara holds an ACE Certification and has taught a variety of group fitness classes while attending school at both Duke (B.A. Chemistry) and Columbia (M.S. Nutrition). She looks forward to working at yet another campus gym, teaching SPEEDBALL, when she continues her education at the Ohio State University College of Medicine this fall. Rosara is committed to using her background in nutrition and fitness to help others achieve health and wellness. Outside of the gym, she enjoys kayaking, hiking and skiing.[ team main ] |
