Speedball Fitness, LLC is a cutting-edge fitness company dedicated to promoting the well-being of the individual, specializing in exercise modalities designed to engage, stimulate and inspire the mind and body through its dynamic exercise programs. Our mission is to be the foremost fitness industry leader worldwide in providing innovative, dynamic fitness programming and education to the global population of all age ranges and fitness abilities, and energizing individuals to become more functional, longer-lasting human beings.

The original programs of Speedball Fitness were created by Steve Feinberg, whose extensive 10-year fitness
background has culminated in Speedball Fitness. Steve partnered with Michelle Ho in 2005 to form Speedball
Fitness, LLC to expand the program globally.

Staying one step ahead is the name of the game in this class. Being emotionally present, in the moment, and at the same time anticipating the next turn allows you to have full control over your mind and body during your workout. This level of engagement will increase both the efficiency of each movement and your overall workout experience.

In order to achieve self-mastery, one must first learn to master simple tasks. Since repetition is the mother of all skill, proper execution of techniques over and over again will ensure 2 things: (a) an improvement in your physical fitness (b) sharpening of the specific physical skills necessary to perform the class.

Through your caring thought and connection to movement, you will be: (a) as fit as you choose to be, based on your intensity level in class and the completion of choreography (b) an expert in the skill sets of the Speedball athletic movements.

In short, you will BEcome more successful in every future athletic endeavor that you pursue, as well as being the healthiest version of you that you will ever know!
