Let our Speedball Fitness professionals come to you! This way, you can get the attention that you deserve.

The individual sessions are your opportunity to increase the efficiency of your Speedball Fitness classes by improving your technique and form, or to work on whatever aspect of your fitness you desire.
Some of our trainers specialize in different movement methods, so please read their bios to find the trainer with whom you are interested in working. Home or office, maybe even outside – you choose the location, and we will bring any necessary equipment. Get ready to have some fun!
All coaching sessions, regardless of package chosen, require a 24–hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session will be considered spent.
SPEEDsessions
Our new SPEEDsessions offer 75% of the exercise in only 50% of the time. These corporate length, athletic-style workouts focus on using active recovery interval coaching back-to-back in combination with compound functional strength exercises to establish a constant (NOT consistent) workrate, which facilitates higher caloric expenditure levels. Sessions are geared toward increasing neuromuscular efficiency through intelligent and relentless program design. These 25-minute bouts can also be tailored to any specialized skill (Speedball, Martial Arts, Boxing, Pilates, etc.). *All scheduling is based on instructor availability. Substitution instructors will be made available, except for Steve Feinberg. Please contact Steve to discuss availability before purchase. The intensity and pace are programmed for the fitness level and injuries of the individual. Like all Speedball Fitness programs, all levels are welcome to break thresholds safely with our experts. FITT Personal Sessions
Stay fit with FITT! Treat your body as a whole rather than the sum of its parts with the FITT (Functional Integrated Training Techniques) system of personal coaching.
Our customized programs may include elements of a variety of coaching techniques, e.g. power training, athletic footwork, martial arts/boxing, and function-specific coaching (movements applicable to your lifestyle). This approach is tailored to build a better you. To further challenge the client mentally and physically, the exercises can be progressed, leaving the neo-athlete with a feeling of satisfaction unattainable by foundation exercises alone.
Most importantly, it's fun! Spice up the use of machines, cables, and free weights by using them in new and different ways you never thought possible. Incorporate toys on the gym floor to add another dimension to your workout. Finally, integrating core stability during resistance work will minimize the time spent in the gym and maximize the results.
The FITT program is also designed for pregnant women, and has produced successful results on several mothers who trained under this system, many of whom are expecting again and are still having their FITT programs crafted for them weekly!
