Steve sometimes sings and sometimes screams during the class and that's how he attracts many participants.
"This is one of the hardest classes I've ever done but it really is fun. I feel like I am in a Rock concert." Says a woman, who participates in Steve's class every week.
Steve teaches this program (Speedball) at numerous fitness clubs and the program is offered about 20 classes per week from the Speedball Fitness team. Attractive classes lead to the popularity of a fitness club, and it also means a good career path for an instructor, as well as a good contract with high-end fitness clubs.
