Cancellation/Refund Information
All session cancellations need to be made 5 days in advance date to receive refund..
Services Refund policy--refund of most recent payment only, (no refunds for already used sessions). Pro rata refund may be furnished for up to half of most recent payment mid-month on 3 conditions
Certified legal proof of immediate emergency change of residence more than 50 miles from NYC, creating hardship to meet at a location of company designation in NYC for session
Certified proof of severe illness or death of client or clients immediate family which requires either non- vacation/work related travel or fulfillment of caretaking responsibilities of themselves or another
Documented act of God, man, or other being creating an inability to take advantage of speedball fitness services due to other priorities (hurricane, tornado, flood, military attack, alien invasion, meteor strike, etc.)
After cancelled subscription, in case of # 2 or 3, a person has 90 days to redeem remaining time instead of refund, barring inability of speedball fitness team to render services (reasons include 1, 2, 3, or 4--change of vocation/Industry due to desire/economic conditions, or 5--closing of the Company.
Product Refund policy--refunds provided for defective product returned within 10-days of postmarked receipt. Otherwise, all sales are final.
