What is dirt candy? Vegetables, of course. When you eat a vegetable you're eating nothing more than dirt that's been transformed by plenty of sunshine and rain into something that's full of flavor – candy from the dirt. Dirt Candy. It's also the name of a restaurant in the East Village offering a complimentary spirit to our wonderful members during dining experience.  Note:  you can read more on the site, but the wines are fairly uncommon, it's probably worth the stop just for the exotic and interesting "wine zoo".
