Rebecca Wolfe
In 2003, Rebecca Wolfe decided to turn her love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle into a career. After struggling with weight issues her whole life and seeing friends and family members struggle with eating disorders, she decided it was time to take control of not only her body, but her mind as well, requiring change from the inside out. She focused on implementing positive actives into her daily that would result in a healthy lifestyle.
With her newfound outlook and attitude, she first found joy in running and outdoor cycling, then at the gym in group exercise classes. She narrowed down her pleasures in classes to spin, body sculpt, and yoga. A good 55 pounds lighter and great deal more confident, she felt the need and passion to help others achieve there goals. At that time Rebecca decided to become a certified instructor.
With a love for running and cycling, it was natural for Rebecca to first get certified as a spin instructor. Rebecca teaches indoor cycling at Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York City. She has been mentioned in InStyle magazine for her strength training tips, and also appeared numerous times on the WB11 as a featured Urban Rebounding instructor. She is a competitive runner, and is proud to have achieved her lifelong goal running the Chicago Marathon in 2005.
In 2005, she met Steve and Michelle and was approached about becoming a Speedball instructor. Anxious to explore something innovative and new to the fitness industry, she jumped at the chance.
Rebecca currently holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise, Johnny G Athletics Spinning, Urban Rebounding, Maternal Fitness Pre/ Post Natal, Speedball, Speedball Core, and Form & Function.
